Hugh Troup, brand development manager, is our most recent Heart and Values award winner. Hugh was nominated by a number of his colleagues for executing a fantastic brand activation strategy in Scotland for Highland Park.
As part of the brand's 'A Tribe in the Wild' programme, Hugh developed an engaging campaign and series of events across various cities that included the brand's global ambassador, Martin Markvardsen, as well as bartenders, customers and consumers.
Demonstrating several of our values and always keeping the customer at the heart of all his plans, Hugh stepped up to the challenge and showed fantastic enthusiasm and commitment throughout the entire project.
