The Famous Grouse has renewed its long-standing partnership with Glasgow Warriors, extending its official club sponsorship for the 2019/20 season.
Originally coming on board prior to the 2011/12 season, the new campaign marks the ninth time the brand has sponsored the Scotstoun side.
The Famous Grouse has sponsored Glasgow Warriors’ sole home pre-season fixture for two successive seasons; last season’s meeting with Harlequins in Perth will be followed by The Famous Grouse pre-season challenge against Ulster at Scotstoun this Saturday.
The Famous Grouse Bothy is also a staple of the Scotstoun hospitality options, which will continue over the course of the new season.
Glasgow Warriors managing director Nathan Bombrys welcomed the announcement, saying: “It’s great news that our partnership with The Famous Grouse will continue for the 2019/20 season.
“The Famous Grouse is Scotland’s favourite whisky and has been a loyal supporter of the Warriors as we’ve grown our story over the past decade. We look forward to another excellent season together.
“Last season’s The Famous Grouse pre-season challenge was a fantastic occasion with over 5000 spectators turning out to support us in Perth. We’re expecting another memorable occasion and large crowd at Scotstoun this weekend when we play Ulster.”
