Auchentoshan American Oak Cask

The world’s largest Lowland single malt distilled in the heart of Glasgow. The crisp citrus and bourbon vanilla flavours make this the perfect introduction into malt whisky. Perfect served as a long drink, in a cocktail or savoured on its own.

  • Cask make-up: Matured only in first fill American oak casks
  • Appearance: Bright Gold
  • Nose: Bourbon, vanilla and coconut with layers of zesty citrus fruit
  • Palate: Refreshingly smooth yet lively with vanilla cream, coconut and white peach

Auchentoshan Three Wood

This award-winning Auchentoshan has been matured in three different cask types. Three Wood makes a cracking Auchentoshan & Ale, a mean Old Fashioned and a damn fine dram.

  • Cask make-up: From American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry - and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks - this is a rich, complex whisky with toffee and sherry flavours
  • Appearance: Rich golden bronze
  • Nose: Blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum and raisin
  • Palate: Hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon and a butterscotch sweetness
  • Finish: Fresh & fruity, with long lasting oaky sweetness.

Auchentoshan 12 Year Old

Sets the style for the Auchentoshan brand.

Accessible, with the richness that comes from being matured for at least 12 years.

  • Cask make-up: Matured for 12 years in North American bourbon oak casks with an added hint of sherry-matured malt
  • Appearance: Golden Honey
  • Nose: Crème brulee, a burst of citrus and trace of nuttiness and green leaf
  • Palate: Smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime
  • Finish: Ginger and slightly drying with a pleasant lingering nuttiness.
