Edrington UK joins The Portman Group

After many years of being signatories to The Portman Code - the definitive code of practice for alcohol marketing in the UK - today we are pleased to announce that Edrington UK is now a funding member of The Portman Group and will sit on its council, along with 16 other member organisations.

The Portman Group is the social responsibility body and regulator for alcohol labeling, packaging and promotion in the UK. Founded in 1989, it now has over 150 code signatories including producers and retailers. 

We join as a council member today along with Treasury Wine Estates, increasing The Portman Group's breadth of representation and underlining our commitment to responsible alcohol marketing.
